Velothi Island

Velothi Island is the eastern-most colonized island in Scarabia, mostly known as the home of East Ending. Velothi Island attracts all sorts of crowds, as it hosts a large commercial hub, an upstanding housing district along Rotheran Bay, a high tech industry sector, and historical landmarks.
