Overview

The Scarabian Confederation (SC) is a citizen ran organization represented by various corporations within Scarabia. The confederation is the direct result of the collapse of the Scarabian Empire, in which power over all the settlements in Scarabia was removed from the government and put into the hands of the people. Cities sustain their friendly associations with one another through the confederation.

The Scarabian Confederation manages the Equal Rights Trade Enactment contract, offered to cities within the region. Members of the contract include:
