Cirrus Slums

Overview

The Cirrus Low-budget Housing District (more widely referred to as the Cirrus Slums) is a densely populated area of apartment complexes at the north section of Cirrus Street; on the northwest corner of the Niagara Falls/Grinsdale Mountains.

Due to the dense population, the area has suffered from increased pollution and crime rates. On many occasions it is compared to Northside, as they share the same general size, population density and crime rate.
