Overview

Caturn Island is an unsettled island on the southwest corner of Irenic Ocean belonging to Palm Grove and Silver Valley. Leaked info from somewhere within SW City Council hinted at the island being a designated zone for Swarmy, which would explain why the government hasn't allocated any building zones there yet.
