This floater was found early this morning shortly after sunrise. The victim, Baro, of Zelena, was found face down in the South Beach channel. It is said that Baro was the Transportation Engineer incharge of all Greensville City train and tram planning. Some co-workers claim that they overheard Baro talking with City Officials about grade inclines not meeting code spec and the Officials were yelling at Baro.
