General SW City Information - SW City is a gigantic virtual city located within the Active Worlds universe. Within this universe, there is a world named 'Alphaworld' which is the oldest and largest public building world on the internet. Using the Active Worlds software as the construction tool, a core of about 15 people plus hundreds more contributed to the buildings and environments within the city. Situated amidst the Irenic Ocean, the city is made up of roughly six major islands all connected by bridge, ferry, subway, tunnels etc. All the island land is split up into districts which are owned by their respective staff members. City was founded in March of 1999 and has grown to be the largest
