SW City Government Reform

On November 28th, 2004, the SW City Administration voted in a reform to government, focusing on simplifying the government, and moving more towards pro-community growth and away from a government career ladder. Under the new system, Suburbs and Sub-Communities (headed by Proprietors and Managers respectively) were combined, now known as Precincts operated by managers. Two departments of government were defined - Administration - those who run a district and hire managers - and Management - those who distribute land and construct building environments.
